Citywide Alleys Restoration – Construction Management

District Department of Transportation (DDOT) 

Project Description:
Rehabilitate all alleys that are in poor condition throughout the city. There are approximately 364 miles of alleys in the District. Alley repairs are based on the condition of alleys inspected as well as community requests. Roughly 15 factors related to the condition of the alley are considered, similar to distresses seen on roads.

FOXXSTEM is providing construction inspection services with multiple senior inspectors on alley projects citywide.  We work with DDOT’s Asset Management team to complete one alley per week on average.
