First Light Casino – QA/QC, Peer Review, and Construction Administration

Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe

Project Description:
The Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe is developing its first casino located in Taunton, Massachusetts. This multi-phase project will be delivered via a design-build delivery method. The first phase of this project calls for the design and construction of an approximately 56,000 square foot casino and its associated infrastructure including a 750 space parking lot. The casino building will contain the gaming floor, a restaurant, food court, lounges, back of house areas and administrative office space. The first phase of this project represents an investment of $50 million and is expected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

FOXXSTEM is providing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Managment, Peer Review of Design, and Construction Administration services for this project.
